Changes to Guest Count: - Malibu Farm will not be responsible for food shortages if the actual guest count exceeds the guaranteed count. - If the guest count drops below the guaranteed minimum, the Client will still be required to pay for the guaranteed minimum. - Malibu Farm performs guest counts for all events, and there are no exemptions based on whether guests eat and/or drink, arrival time, or length of stay. - If the actual guest count exceeds the confirmed amount, Malibu Farm reserves the right to charge for the actual guest count.
Guaranteed Minimum Guest Count: - Menu prices are based on a guaranteed minimum number of guests as agreed upon at the time of booking. - The Client agrees to notify Malibu Farm in writing with the final guest count no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. - If the Client fails to provide the final guest count within the seven (7) day period, the expected number of guests will become the guaranteed number of guests. - If the guaranteed number of guests is increased within seven (7) days of the event, the Client will be charged accordingly.
Shared Space Information: - Prix fixe events are in shared spaces. The Client and guests are kindly asked to respect other guests dining in the same area by refraining from standing around the table, making speeches, or monopolizing the area. - For a private experience, Malibu Farm offers event spaces that are exclusive to the Client and their guests. Final Payment: - One card will be charged at the end of the meal for the total amount. - If client would like to use card on file, please let the catering team aware so we do not drop a final check. - Events exceeding the quoted duration of 2.5 hours will incur an additional charge of $500.
